Biography

Wooyoung Jang is an associate at Grant Austin, LLC. He concentrates his practice on commercial litigation, employment law, and healthcare law. Wooyoung attended the University of Illinois College of Law in Champaign, Illinois. Prior to law school, he worked as an Associate Contract Manager for a Netherlands-based legal services company, negotiating agreements for international clinical trials. During law school, Wooyoung externed at a nationally recognized rehabilitation hospital and a safety-net hospital in Chicago, where he reviewed and drafted commercial agreements. Wooyoung is a licensed member of the Illinois Bar and is admitted to the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Wooyoung is fluent in Korean.

Education

Wooyoung obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois College of Law in 2025. He obtained his Bachelor of Science in International Business Administration in 2018 from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University in Rotterdam, Netherlands.
